The Muncie Alliance Internship is a training ground for men and women who feel that God has called them to participate in ministry. It's a fertile ground for learning about practical matters of love, work and responsibility. The ultimate goal is to provide a foundation in the Scriptures and in ministry, without creating financial burdens or debt accumulation.
The internship works as a self-supporting education, allowing interns to gain knowledge and understanding as well as an opportunity to learn to teach in their second year. The classes explored are a mix of lecture and discussion. They are centered around establishing a firm biblical and doctrinal overview as well as promoting a deeper relational walk with Christ.
The curriculum that we cover in a two-year period along with a handful of seminars will enable those called to ministry to become licensed with the Christian & Missionary Alliance. This can be a helpful tool for those interested in doing church planting or missional work with the Alliance.
