Administration

Those involved in the ministry of administration within Muncie Alliance Church are the "Marthas," or the behind-the-scenes workers of the church staff, allowing others to minister more effectively and efficiently out front.

The administration teams include care-taking (grounds, facilities, janitorial services etc.), bookkeeping and accounting, communications, technology, etc.

Primarily, the mission and vision of the administrative teams are to provide a place for every member of the church body to find a place where their unique talents and abilities can be used to further the work of God at MAC and in the Muncie community. Though much of the work occurs out of the spotlight, it gives members an opportunity to be stretched in areas of leadership and spiritual growth as they serve the tangible needs of the church.
